Ailsa Lively - Chief Executive Officer

I am responsible for the day to day management of Gindaja and working closely with the Board of Directors on strategic matters. I am passionate about assisting my community in becoming self sufficient and self sustainable."

Robin Schrieber - Operations Manager

My role is to manage the operational functions of the organisation and this includes Human Resources, Housekeeping, Continual Quality Improvement and Workplace Health & Safety.

Thelma Yeatman - Treatment Program Manager

My role is to manage the provision of substance misuse/abuse, rehabilitation, treatment, education and prevention services of the Gindaja.

Kathy Hare - Finance Manager

I manage the finance department at Gindaja which includes end of financial year preparations, financial reporting, ensuring compliance with funding and organisational requirements.

Farran Willett - Weekend Manager

I am responsible for the management of the facility during the weekends. I work closely with weekend staff to ensure our clients continue to participate in programs including other recreational activities.

Lyndell Thomas -Program and Promotion Manager

My position requires me to manage Gindaja's programs and promotional activities. This includes residential and day programs and AOD promotions, awareness and education within the community.
