Family Wellbeing

This is a 12-week program covering leadership, basic needs, life journeys, relationships, conflict resolution, dealing with emotions, crisis management, dealing with crisis, loss and grief, beliefs and attitudes, developing leadership styles and personal & community development.

Family Well Being is a personal development program that is delivered to empower the clients social and emotional well being, through positive enhancement strategies, that assist the client to reflect and acknowledge their own inner strengths.

This program is delivered every Monday from 10:00am – 12:00pm.
Family Wellbeing is delivered by the trained staff at Gindaja.
