This program covers how to eat well and stay fit, as well as understand the affects of alcohol on your body, so clients can have a positive and healthy life without alcohol or drugs.

This program also allows clients to learn skills that will help them in their everyday living. Topics covered are relevant to clients’ daily lives. Some sessions include budgeting, personal hygiene, cooking, healthy eating; even simple things like using the telephone correctly. All those sessions are geared towards giving the clients skills and confidence on their re-entry back into their communities.
